Summary
Beginning with the invasion of Manchuria, Japan's need for Natural Resources became a major contributing factor to the participation of the country in WW2. Japan had a sphere of influence across the Pacific, but it needed the Coal, iron and rubber that were abundant in the Dutch East Indies.
